What should I bring to a class?
Wear something comfortable that’s suitable for movement. Bring water to stay hydrated & for reformer classes a pair of grip socks is required; socks are available to purchase at the studio.
Are your classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our instructors tailor each session to all experience levels. Beginners are warmly welcomed.
Who are mixed ability classes suitable for?
Mixed ability classes are designed for people of all experience levels. Our instructors offer modifications and progressions so everyone feels comfortable and can progress at their own pace.
How do I book a class?
You can book online through our website by using the ‘Book’ button at the top of this page. You can also download the Momence app through the App store or Google Play
Can I cancel or reschedule my class?
Yes – simply log in to your Momence account or cancel via the Momence app. Please note classes cancelled within the 12 hour cancellation window will be not be credited.
Do your memberships have a joining fee?
No, we don’t believe in adding joining fees, you will only pay the cost of your monthly membership.
How long is each class?
Each class typically lasts 50 minutes, giving you a full body workout with time for warm up and cool down.
